I have over 15 years of event planning, business coaching, and organizing experience. I am currently finishing my degree in Entrepreneurship.
I am the 2020 Armed Forces Insurance MCB Camp Lejeune Military Spouse of the Year. The Founder & Editor in Chief of Farbe Magazine. I have my degree in Business Administration minor in Business Marketing. I have over eight years experience in event planning, website development, publishing, and graphic designing.
I am an Army Veteran. I am also a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, an American Heart Association Instructor of ACLS and BLS, and food truck owner.

In addition to managing, he has experience as a mentor, trainer, and played a vital role in building the careers of his mentees. Within his tenure, he has successfully developed and coached a high-performance branch. Rafael has refined his branch nearly doubling in growth from 7.6M in receivables to 14.6M. He prides himself on facilitating every customer interaction as a world-class experience, helping people reach financial goals and making an impact in the community.
