Latasha “Coach Brooks” Brooks is the Founder and CEO of Coach Brooks Business Consulting, a consulting and training firm helping entrepreneurs, organizations, and government agencies turn opportunity into growth.
An award-winning entrepreneur, business strategist, educator, speaker, and mentor, Latasha brings more than 10 years of experience helping businesses grow, leaders develop, and organizations strengthen their capacity to achieve meaningful results.
Her work spans business growth, government contracting, management consulting, leadership development, and training. Through consulting engagements, mentorship programs, workshops, and strategic partnerships, she has helped more than 1,700 business owners gain the knowledge, strategy, resources, and access needed to compete and grow.
Recognized as the 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, Latasha is also a graduate of Virginia’s Scaling4Growth program and the SBA THRIVE Emerging Leaders program.
